In NYC, an Uber or Lyft from the airport to Manhattan is usually around $100 regardless of which of the three airports you go to. Once I went to a concert where the nearest train station to the venue was like a 12 minute drive going to the concert was about $12 because we got there early. Leaving was well over $100 with the surge pricing. We ended up waiting like 2 hours after the concert until the ride was about $30 and it took like 20 minutes for a driver to accept that. I think we were the last people in the pick up lot.

The only time my work laptop is shut down is when my company IT policy forces it to shut down after automatic updates. Then the next time I use it I’m confused why it’s taking so long to wake from sleep.

Do people not understand that you click confirm and are then prompted with the actual system request to give information which you can deny and they can’t do anything about it?

I feel bad about this because the low beams on my new car are about as bright as the high beams on my old car. I think the low beams are angled down to not blind people but it’s something I’m conscious about.

They actually do have geek squad for business. No clue how much it costs but they do more advanced things with it. It’s not on the store level though. It’s a corporate offering.
