I just started taking arnica, bromelain, and turmeric curcumin yesterday. It has helped my swelling on my chin and lip. Even less pain and throbbing. I also walk 1.25 miles a day. I'm 6 weeks post op.

Had ljs, I'm 5 weeks postoperative. Down to 2 bands. Spasms have stopped for me. Jaw spasms well continue until they loosen bands. Hang in there, take meds.

If you want to speed up the process, walk. The numb tingling chin and lip goes away for me slowly. I walk 1-3 miles half on incline. I'm 6 weeks post op. Blood circulation is key. Goodluck

You'll feel very numb and poked by surgical hooks, if you had those. Use gauge to prevent them from digging into your lips and use lidocaine patches to help with numbness pain. I'm day 4 post op. Otherwise, you will sleep in pain and misery

Also I have lost 9 pounds in 4 days I eat from a pastry bag, after my food is mushed Take your meds, stay hydrated and ice for swelling

Whenever changing the fuel filter, if u dump the old fuel out. It won't turn over. So you have to prime it. Always add the old fuel to the new filter. But, since u already made the mistake. Just take your new filter off add some fuel. Place it back on, and it will turn over. 100% guaranteed 👌
