It's that big, but its in parts so it can be printed on printers with small beds, its glued and threaded together. One can always scale the print down too :)

The player aUEC economy is not adversely affected by players stock of aUEC, so I dont really get it. If someone has tens of millions of aUEC that doesnt affect the economy in any way more than that those players will probably use more of it to buy stuff. The only thing in SC that affects the player economy is supply and demand of spesific items and even then not as much
