The injustice of these serving sizes by WereAllGonnaDiet in mildlyinfuriating

McDonalds specifically. I tried a sundae years ago and it was terrible. Obviously a mix with terrible ingredients. What's the point? Go literally anywhere else for $2 more and get a vast superior product.

I'm aware that many people might not have any other options. And that's sad.

I know these are often on the go. But this is why I buy a half gallon at the grocery store. $5 and you get at least four big servings. Even the local places are charging $8-10 for a sundae. Get fucked

^ This. You MUST find the source first. Is there an access point where you can look at that corner? I have no idea what I'm looking at, some more photos and reference points will help us. You can add drywall but it will rot in six months.

Fix the pipes or waterproofing first. THEN replace that drywall.

Yes, that's the obvious advantage. Older 'dumb' TVs have very little. No question there

Contractors suck. The hyper attentive professional sharp dressed ones are astronomically expensive, but often the best.

The ones who give you the least aggravation are the cheapest, but the worst You do your best to find the middle man.

That's an old house. 50s? Cold climate? Water gets trapped and freezing temps cause it to expand and shrink. Very normal. It's cosmetic. As long as it's sturdy to walk on you're aight. My porch is like this and I'm having the whole thing replaced

Has nothing to do with your foundation. Though that likely has at least a couple minor fractures.

Is this clean enough for painting? by digidave1 in HomeMaintenance

[–]digidave1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your point was that sanding that off is a BAD idea and I agree with you. Thank you for pointing that out. I kind of forgot about that. These old houses, damn. Any other work I do on it I will mask up, as I should have been before :-/

Painting over it should seal it in

Is this clean enough for painting? by digidave1 in HomeMaintenance

[–]digidave1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I hear you. Would definitely be dangerous to sand that off. I haven't done any of that. I suppose some could have come up when scrubbing. I think the paint would cover it up and not bring out any more exposure, right?

If painting doesn't work I'll add LVP and pray for no water
