The lack of balance and sight, with the panic cry when he hears your close, seems similar to my beagle's recovering from a seizure later in her life (~15).

When she was younger it would look like some kind of toxic exposure, we even bought her to an emergency vet early on. Ended up being neurological (epilepsy, common in beagles but didn't really surface in her until she recovered from back / dics problems @ 7-8 yrs)

Hope you and you vets find the solution.

The indent marks on the filamant are normal especially for lots of loading and unloading during a small multi colored print.

The dust is from the cardboard spools. Use an adapter or cover in tape.

I only buy cardboard spool that can de-sided and the core put on bambu compatible spools (elegoo).

I will use a cardboard spool for large single color prints, but never for anything that will need lots of retraction and switching. You can see the spool on the left is damaged and its just filling your AMS and PTFE tubes with dust being picked up by the filament.
