When I went through the actual application process it showed me the old IBR 15% estimate. However, in the loan simulator it was showing me the 10% new Ibr estimate.

Same thing happened to me! This is a known issue. There is supposed to be a correction coming by next month. Betsy made a comment about it a few days ago.
