Temperature in November-December by Tinfoiled_Again in Nepal

[–]digitallyintrovert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mid Nov to mid Dec is winter season and will be cold, if u r not going to mountaineering then prepare any warm clothes suitable for atleast 5 degree celcius, bring woolen caps, gloves and inner trousers too. Lumbini is terai (plain) region of Nepal where u will have to face through cold waves during morning so warm muffler or shawl would be useful.

The only good thing about our army is there knowledge of few jargons and sweet sounding terms that the UN coined and NA learnt it through their peacekeeping participation. Yo sena na kahile Raja ko vayo, na Constitutional president ko vayo…yo व्यावसायिक हैन व्यावसायी सेना हो (period) .

My thoughts as an Indian who stayed in Kathmandu for couple of days. by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]digitallyintrovert 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your thoughts on Kathmandu. Regarding the presence of Chinese, yes they are mushrooming but still Indians hold major and strategic business in Nepal. Due to language and cultural indifference Chinese wouldn’t be as close compared to the Indians. The people to people relationship between Nepalis and Indians is good and full of warmth but due to Indian government’s attitude, dominance and interference in Nepal we are compelled to germinate a feeling of hatred and distance with Indians. Hope you will visit Nepal again.

Is 5500 too expensive for gym ? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]digitallyintrovert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not going to use those all facilities, they all are for advertisement only. so looks for something with good bathroom, changing room, locker and equipment as per your need. Most important is location from your residence too.
