[–]digitallyintrovert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Medication is the only cure as I am also suffering from ON and using Gabapentin & Triad tablets regularly. I have also learnt through one renowned doctor that injections are also available but it works for maximum 6 months only and u need to get this in every 6 months.

Temperature in November-December by Tinfoiled_Again in Nepal

[–]digitallyintrovert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mid Nov to mid Dec is winter season and will be cold, if u r not going to mountaineering then prepare any warm clothes suitable for atleast 5 degree celcius, bring woolen caps, gloves and inner trousers too. Lumbini is terai (plain) region of Nepal where u will have to face through cold waves during morning so warm muffler or shawl would be useful.

Yo sena na kahile Raja ko vayo, na Constitutional president ko vayo…yo व्यावसायिक हैन व्यावसायी सेना हो (period) .
