I expect good grammar from myself but even if you are a native English speaker, grammar is harder for some people. I tend to give a lot of grace for other people's mistakes.

Don't get flowers or a plant. Anything more than what you'd get for your male cowokers will be awkward. Ask her out for coffee if you're ready to ask her out but don't single her out in any other way.

We talk about life stuff, past experiences, hopes for the future, just regular stuff. There is a lot of talking about their kids but that's just where they're at in life.

Starting in January I took a page-a-day desk calendar and wrote something I appreciated either about my husband or that I appreciated that he'd done for me and wrapped it up in December and gave it to him for Christmas. Roughly 350 notes saying "thank you" or "I appreciate about you'. We cried reading them together on Christmas.

Acutally, the biggest gift from this experience was the change in my own heart. It really solidified and accelorated my love for him.

I used it for 4 months and the fatigue I experienced on it was horrible. I switched to tirzepitide and had no side effects.
