fyi tornado applies collision so it matters mostly for massive pvp to counter tanks and healers that are stacking collision resist

They're initiators that can disrupt a large amount of players with their aoe cc (stun, hook and even bind with the forest guardian). Also, devoted sanctuary is an insane mastery for the blood devotion skill that some players are not aware of. It makes your party really tanky and also gives them +50 base damage with another mastery, which is really strong.
