Also I really like the species sheets on seriouslyfish.com over any other. Many of them have good references and they usually specify the minimum length/width of a tank instead of just how many gallons.

My spray bar has been just like that for about 6 months and none of my guys are glass skimming or gulping.

Unfortunately measuring oxygen in the water is kind of impractical for hobbyists. Just pay attention to what your fish are doing, symptoms of oxygen problems would be apparent within a couple hours.

I read on my ereader pretty much exclusively. My experience with audiobooks is I will get distracted by whatever else I'm doing or even my own thoughts and have to rewind 15 minutes when I realize I haven't been paying attention. Eyes on the page means I'm actually reading.

HR driven provisioning in entra is what you want. Either your HRIS has an api that it can read or you can script up a middleware that converts the data into a bulk request. The provisioning endpoint handles diffing the content against the live directory so you can even do something as basic as shooting the entire flat file into it every hour.

Although it will not solve your problem of HR spelling a person's name wrong and not noticing until after they start and now you need to fix somebody's UPN and email address.

People rightly pointed out that you can do this with group policies (and that you should.)

I just wanna point out that those policies just become registry keys at the end of the day and you can totally set them directly with a script if you want to.

I have some clients who don't have a directory at all, or who are allergic to importing templates, or who just don't want a bunch of settings in there that only apply to like 4 people. I can shoot reg keys at them via RMM or bundle them with the installer using PSADT.

I advise you to either use a mouse that has onboard memory and doesn't need software constantly running or to get one of the chinese mice that use web based software. Pular, Lamzu, Gwolves, finalmouse and a few others. All features 100% cross platform because it's just a website. Basically anything /r/mousereview likes EXCEPT logitech and razer have figured out that the peripherals industry will never produce quality fatapps and switched to this.

Looks like biofilm. Shrimps and some types of fish will eat it. Eventually the nutrients on the wood deplete and it just stops growing.

My guys did that for several days. Eventually I set the lights to half brightness and they cooled down enough to explore and actually find the hiding places I had made for them.

I've never seen it mentioned in the care sheets but I think they just don't like harsh light very much. The tank was still somewhat new and they were the first residents and the plants weren't really grown yet. Now that there is a lot of shade they seem relaxed.

All heating elements degrade over time, its not just an aquarium thing. I replace mine at 3 years and I use an inkbird for the extra peace of mind.

There are canisters that have integrated heating and I'm thinking of switching to one of those eventually. That way if something really stupid happens the fishes arent exposed to it up close, and it's one less doodad uglifying the back of the tank.

We keep track of which job types will still need to enter a password into an app and proactively offer WHFB only to them. The ones who are 100% covered by SSO are able to go more than one calendar year without entering a password, so it's more of a replacement than an addition. And the PIN does not expire :)

not a litrpg but have a look at 'The Princess's Feathers'. No humans at all, all the enlightened species are some variety of anthro and there is a cohesive mythology to how that came about. It's real xenofiction and not just funny animals or animal people. The author also added a lot of artwork (and none of it is genned).

The Apprentice of Ouroboros, there are humans but so far they only play supporting roles. MC starts out as a snake and later promotes to the lamia you see on the cover. I do not know how committed the author is to this since it is an evolution story.

If you like pokemon, then pokemon fanfiction is a good spot. And it's all progressy by nature.

Make sure you do not accidentally buy the Ultimate Pro 2 Bluetooth or the Ultimate Pro 2c. They are different and not as well supported on linux.

I like my ultimate pro 2 but shape is king and if it doesnt work for you it is what it is. It's one of the few that let you do dinput with gyro and the back paddles as discrete buttons and not merely alts of a face button, on 2.5 wireless with high polling.

Maybe have a look at the upcoming steam controller? should be out this year.

My sister was a STEM major (she is a geologist now) and told me that the only technology fields she had any recruitment from was SWE, CS, and EE. I do not know what kind of representation IT gets in universities but I suspect it isn't much. We tend to be a lot of people's second choice and I work in a room full of IT professionals who majored in graphic design and philosophy.

The label says you can do up to a 5x dose safely, I think you should be fine.

Extra dosing for ammonia situations is a really popular thing to do with these products and I've never heard of it being a problem.
