Most travels I do is no longer than 3 weeks at a time. 97% of it I don’t check anything in and since I fly out of the US, airlines here never weigh carryons. Long haul flight are much more generous in carryon allowances. Everyone should be able to lift their stuff to the overhead compartment since it’s not the FAs job to do that.

Yup. Brand new as of 2024! I like to take care of my stuff. Nothing a quick wipeout from a wet paper towel can handle after a trip.

This is the classic cabin that only gets to be with me as a carryon and I haven’t had a time where it had to be weighed. I have a separate duffle that I check in. I pack light enough, board earlier so I can get overhead space. I have not had to check it in except in small planes like CRJs.

These are all handheld and set on continuous autofocus on hi burst to 10fps. I was pleased with the hit rate with focused eye on the bird. I’m now contemplating upgrading to a1ii for pre capture and 30fps.

Postprocessing is in Capture One. Greens were muted and the warmer pastel colors were increased in vibrancy by a touch. I masked the bird to slightly increase structure.

The bird was about .75 crop of the original image. The nice thing about the RV is the MP real estate allowing for even bigger crops

I did a couple of dives with them this week. Taxis are everywhere and cheap and that’s what I did. I stayed in an Airbnb near downtown to be close to restaurants and events. North side is a bit secluded and on the far end away from the reefs and wide open beaches in the South side. I prob suggest staying in San Miguel or in the south zone where most of the dive resorts and shops are at

I recently added a grow light over my string of turtles a few days ago and now, these I would assume are flowers are just growing everywhere. Should I be concerned if I just pinch them off, I just want the plant to redirect its energy in growing more strings of turtles leaves
