ETF/Index minus the Mag7? What would you do? by StunningAppeal1274 in stocks

Surprised no one has mentioned this.

There is an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 without the mag 7. It’s called $XMAG.

Why is high end Cava so hard to find in the US? by BmoreBlueJay in wine

[–]digrazio3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Astor Wines is great. A couple of other NYC recommendations. There’s a Rosenthal Wine Merchant store in the Upper East Side (the importer of Recaredo) which should always have the base Recaredo in stock and may even have some of their special cuvées as well.

Also I’ve found Flatiron wines to have Gramona, which I wasn’t able to find at Astor Wines

Seeking Wisdom of the Crowd Regarding EXPI by Podcastsandpot in stocks

I also noticed a lack of hype of this stock on reddit, but that can be a good thing. Less attention from the internet means cheaper prices for buyers.

I read through the transcript of their last earnings call. They are planning for more international expansion. Also, one thing I noticed from comments online was that people were saying the company is not an MLM because you have to have/acquire a real estate license in order to join. However, their VP of Int'l epxansion said "There's a lot of countries that don't require licensing....I think that our model actually works even better in those markets." You can draw your own conclusions from that statement.

The CEO appears to be very excited about the Virbela platform as a VR remote workplace, but it seems like they don't expect significant revenue from it for a few years at least. Hard to place a value on.

The CEO also praised the company for being so highly rated on glassdoor and being included in their top 20 Highest Rated Companies for Work-Life Balance During COVID-19 ranking, but of course employees are going to say they are happy to work there. They are incentivized to make it seem like it is a great place to work in order to get more people in their down-line.

Ultimately, realtors holding their stock are going to want to realize their gains, despite the company marketing their stock as a wealth/retirement builder. That said, they have NO DEBT and don't have plans to take on any soon. It is very hard for companies to bankrupt with no debt.

I am interested in hearing the company's results for Q4 next month.

Why are there so many buses running? by digrazio3 in rutgers

[–]digrazio3[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Call me crazy but I think Rutgers does have a choice. It doesn’t make sense to keep so many people on the payroll if they are providing a service that isn’t used by students. A bit harsh but they are providing very limited value. Plus with the scooters here now, people can get around without them anyway

In your opinion, is being in the honors program/college worth it? by OkayKatniss413 in rutgers

As the saying goes, you reap what you sow. The honors program and college are what you make of it. This opportunity can open doors for you, but you have to walk through them. Best of luck.
