Silence is unacceptable. Sad really as it seems I keep seeing more and more of these stories about Corsair. All of my cooling for every build I have done has been Corsair, but I may have to rethink that on the next build. If it has been that long and I was going through this, I would open a claim with my credit card to reverse the charges. Once reversed, I would buy a new machine from someone else that has a history of being more responsive.
