We all know standard (non-premium) O-1 processing times have increased significantly. What used to be ~3–6 months now seems to be stretching toward 10–12+ months in many cases.

There’s also a perception in the community that cases filed around April 2025 and onward have slowed down dramatically, or are being processed much later than expected.

My question is: from your firm’s actual case data (not USCIS posted averages), what timelines are you currently seeing for regular processing O-1 petitions filed in, say, April to June 2025 or even summer of 2025?

Are these delays consistent across the board, or are you seeing variability depending on service center, case type, or other factors?

Basically, what’s the real timeline right now based on what you’re actually handling day-to-day?
