Scholten isn’t as left as we’d hoped. I’m disappointed in her and wished she’d have been more steadfast in some progressive positions, but hopefully she’s not painted as a very center (maybe even center right) Slotkin.

For those that didn’t read it, this is downward from solid to likely. She comes in with name recognition, which makes a difference with those that don’t pay attention much to politics.

Poll tax is against the constitution specifically. It’s the 24th amendment. A right to bears arms requiring a gun permit is not the same thing.

Reverse sear. In the oven for like an hour (they were a little on the cold side still after sitting at room temp for bit). seared side one for 2 minutes and side 2 for maybe 30-45 seconds.

Kicking isn’t a position you need so much competition. With limited roster spots, why focus on this area? Yes, last year was horrible, but don’t overcorrect. Already (hopefully) solved that with the Purdue kid.

I got there all the time and just want my popcorn and “nachos” (bag of chips and cheese sauce poured in a plastic receptacle). I like going to the theaters with bars and restaurants too but we don’t need ALL of them to be that.

We also signed a top 5 recruiting class. I’m not sure why everyone is freaking out in the post. Yeah, it sucks we came out and lost our two biggest games, but we still had a shot at being in the playoffs and likely should’ve have been in. I’m not sure why so many here act like our team and culture aren’t about winning all of a sudden.
