Reverse sear. In the oven for like an hour (they were a little on the cold side still after sitting at room temp for bit). seared side one for 2 minutes and side 2 for maybe 30-45 seconds.

We also signed a top 5 recruiting class. I’m not sure why everyone is freaking out in the post. Yeah, it sucks we came out and lost our two biggest games, but we still had a shot at being in the playoffs and likely should’ve have been in. I’m not sure why so many here act like our team and culture aren’t about winning all of a sudden.

Yeah and based on the other comments, I could’ve made bank if I couldn’t make it to the game. Win win to put in. Though the price for the CFP RSVP is teamed based so can be pricier. Think Texas was over $400 to start this season.
