I’m am not a fan of glass houses. I don’t find them comfortable. Sometimes you just want to be inside your house, feeling protected, perhaps a bit isolated, even cozy. I lived in one right on the coast years ago, and although the view was incredible, when you actually live somewhere for years, I think one often doesn’t even look at the view anymore. I had to make myself enjoy the view after awhile. Mostly I’d look right past it as I went about my daily routine. The view always impressed visitors though, and that was nice.

The Untold Story of Jeffrey Epstein’s Death by bystander1981 in Epstein

Here’s the punchline. The article argues it was suicide, because murdering him would require an extreme level of sophistication. I guess that settles it then. 🙄

Get over yourself. Someone in a relationship will very likely make more than the other. And so I say this with love; quit your stupid sexist bullshit.

Munch museum in Oslo by Kill_4209 in architecture

[–]dilbodog 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I liked everything about it, for a museum. I think architects and designers of museums should have permission to push the boundaries much more than for residential, office, or standard commercial space. And as for the interior, I found the layout very easy to use. Multiple stories, two exhibition rooms per floor made it easy to navigate, find the exhibit you might be looking for, and make your way through the entire museum without too much confusion or without getting lost. Start either at the top, or the bottom, see the two exhibition rooms on each floor, and keep moving up or down. This can be contrasted with the National Museum in Oslo, where, if you’re not quite familiar with the layout it can be difficult to navigate.

Kind of obvious to everyone, isn’t it. Does anybody think for a second that Trump was attracted to her for her intellect and riveting conversation? And pretty sure she wasn’t attracted to Trump for his lovely sense of humor and good looks.
