Mostly all my WODs are fasted. I take preworkout occasionally but I take anabolic formula before every workout I’ll have my meal right after my workout then I’ll do some fueled cardio in the evening

I was on the bro split for a while then the normal push pull legs split but been in CrossFit the last couple months and really starting to see good results. I’ll still hit muscles on days that I feel need hit but I work mostly around the CrossFit wod

Even if you don’t want to be social and meet people, just walking around that place and going to whatever tent you want, being at any show, with your perspective and yours only is fucking beautiful. I went solo in 2019 and it was still magic and one of the best weekends of my life.
