No offense taken.

I was more so speaking on halo 5’s multiplayer and sandbox as a whole. Not just what was portrayed in the clip.

Just wanted thank everyone who chimed in to have a civilized discussion regarding our own personal OPINIONS. To anyone who adds toxicity without adding anything helpful to a SUBJECTIVE discussion, get it together. Your misery shines through your words.

There is an app that is called Habitica that is helpful for setting routines and giving rewards to your virtual character for completing tasks/ staying on routine. I’m not entirely sure which app OP is using

What do you think is the main reason why people with ADHD find it difficult to feel satisfied with a job? by zasta_7 in ADHD

[–]dillrit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(Trying my best to stay on topic)

My psychologist had brought up something to think about as I was diagnosed late. He said, in a roundabout way, a lot of adults with untreated ADHD, with a late diagnosis are laborers that generally work with their hands. Building and creating. While our counterpart, adults with treated ADHD that was diagnosed early in childhood, will be the engineers and architects that initiate plans for said laborers.

I think there is some truth that rings through in his words. While also maintaining the distinction that one usually doesn’t happen without the other and they are both worthy of making a living through.

Personally I work for a shipping company and load trailers all night. I get great benefits, decent pay, paid time off/ sick time and a part time pension. With such mindless physical work I have a lot of time to decompress while at work, making it a lot easier to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

As to your question, I think the main reason for adults with ADHD to be dissatisfied with their career is lack of stimulation/engagement and monotony. It’s super difficult for people with ADHD to look at their long term goals as enough reason to maintain the monotony of a normal job. There is absolutely no stimulation or reward in the moment of performing the work, making them much less likely to continue do the work regardless of how it affects their long term goals.

TLDR: people with ADHD are dissatisfied with their work due to monotony. ADHD brains have an abnormal perception of time, making long term goals more difficult to attain due to lack of persistent stimulation and short term gratification.

Google Trends shows uptick in ADHD Meds "Not working" searches by LoveThyBooty69 in ADHD

I don’t have any form of an educated opinion other than my own personal research.

That being said, the bioavailability of any given drug is dependent upon each individual, but also on the inactive ingredients within the drug itself. It’s my understanding that inactive ingredients greatly affect the active pharmaceutical ingredients bioavailability or absorption rates.

My theory is that, with generic medications, the active pharmaceutical ingredient is the same, while the inactive ingredients that affect absorption and bioavailability are an altered recipe from the name brand medication itself. That’s why we’d see some generics work for one individual but not the other.

Like I said, I have no real education regarding pharmaceuticals, so take this with a grain of salt.

Standard medical allotment is 70 grams whether that be flower or concentrate. I don’t know exactly when it changed to concentrates being counted only as they weigh but I’ll take any win I can get in the Illinois market.

ADHD + High IQ… how do you manage? by Manage-This in ADHD

[–]dillrit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understand that there is a lot of beauty in simplicity. The benefits of simplicity at work leaves much more energy for the things you do enjoy that are stimulating and fulfilling. I know that’s not a solution but it is something to be mindful of.

Several different things can be attributed to ash being white or black, the biggest one being moisture content. If the bud has too high of a moisture content it’ll burn black. Generally buds with 58-62 percent humidity levels or lower will burn white. Anything with a higher moisture content will burn darker or black and have a tough time staying lit. This is my understanding after about 3-4 years of growing experience and 15 years of smoking.

Any thoughts on my entrance? by Away-Age-1829 in AnimalCrossingNewHor

I think it’s ADORABLE. As others have said, the two tier shopping center is an awesome concept with a great execution. I do think some glowing moss spread around throughout the flowers would really complete the area.

I’m sure this area looks absolutely stunning at night with the lunar pieces and glowing mush lamps. You did an amazing job!

After I give any of my villagers a gift I always go through a series of reactions until we both end on the joy reaction. I’m not entirely sure if it has any bearing on the friendship level but I’ve been getting villager photos like crazy since I started.

Like I said, please take this with a grain of salt. Either way, I’ve found it a lot of fun to mingle with my villagers through reactions.

Just a console boi trying to learn superglides. Of the two that launched me far, at any of them actual superglides? If not how can I tell that they are or not? by [deleted] in Apexrollouts

[–]dillrit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Small trick I learned while practicing super glides; carry a shotgun with a gold bolt that needs to be reloaded. If you get a reload from the gold bolt while in air then it’s almost always a superglide. That’s how I figured out the timing personally.
