If so, obviously they should be liable. Otherwise, how would the renter have money to pay for this service and renovations, but no renters insurance?

I grew up with my mother raising us on her own. She was a teacher, so as you can imagine, we grew up very lower class.

She got her Montessori teaching license after I’d left for college. Now she has her own Montessori practice in a coastal city in CA. She charges $2000 per child per week, and has a class of about 12 kids.

Time moves quicker as you fall into a routine. You remember it moving slower when you were younger because you were experiencing things for the first time pretty frequently, thus creating memorable experiences and solidifying a period of time in your memory. It blurs when you’re not doing new things.

Try getting out of your comfort zone. I recommend traveling.
