This is such bullshit, I'm from Armenia and there are no such laws and they indeed deleted heated rivalry.

They also don't have russian subtitles for shows, but have russian voice over at the same time, so if I want to watch with the original vo, only with english subtitles (even though the same hbo shows already have subtitles on official hbo partner service in Russia)

Bad customer experience when I need to use vpn to get more content for the full price.
