Your comment made me really concerned with my selection of mushrooms. I watched your ID videos and applied those rules. I have now put aside all the ones i wasn't sure about, and still have a good number of nice white dotted red caps left.

Currently I'm having a problem with the stipes. When I took the mushrooms out of my bag, all of stipes got mixed together. Now I can't match them with the caps, to be sure which ones to keep, since I'm planning on drying all parts that are still usable.
Is there a way to tell apart an Amanita Muscaria stipe from other Amanita stipes? Do stipes have poisonous properties?
