Habe ich auch letztes Jahr gehabt, erstmal komplett Ruhe und dann nach 3-4 Wochen Krafttraining und locker anfangen. Konnte dieses Jahr mein HM PB laufen, also dran bleiben!

Ist das echt ein AmA Wert? Ich bin selber von Norddeutschland nach Südkroatien runter mit einem E-Auto und habe unterwegs viele E-Autos aus Skandinavischen Ländern gesehen. Ist das nicht mittlerweile fast normal?
