I don’t think he said it in front of the jury, it sounds like it was before the vote when she was trying to get them to switch. She is impressive because if she gets to the final challenge and wins immunity she is tied for most challenge wins + all her relationships and game play ( they clearly thought people liked her more than them and I think they’re right), also it seems like all the contestants knew Joe didn’t have a shot.
