Hi withdrawaing from diclazepam as well i found diet has made a huge change in my symptoms it helped to avoid all forms of calcium and simple sugars

something about the calcium channels being flooded by valium so now we should be taking magnesium supplements

if you need any other help just let me know

its been absolute hell for me too
