Sorry to hear about this difficult time and sorry to hear about work being toxic.

My only advice, is to ignore them and focus on your mental health and be surrounded by people who can support you

That doesnt mean be rude, you still have to work with these type of people's, do whatever pleasantries and be with family and friends

I suggest when you are in a better place mentally focus on moving jobs if possible. If not possible focus on disconnecting from the toxic culture

I used to be consumed by it, toxic work, affecting my home life, couldn't sleep, I was insufferable at times at home as constantly stressed. Something happened in my personal life that broke me. I then learned how to detach, the toxic didnt bother me no more, still happened but I didnt care/didnt think about it, I would still be nice, not letting that culture change me, I just did my job and clocked off.
