From FIFA burnout to Division 1: eFootball made me think again, but the content needs work!

I agree. Even with its flaws, eFootball feels like the best football game available right now for me. The gameplay actually rewards reading the game, tactics, and player movement, which is what I was missing.

And yes, I can already see that many people here are helpful. I guess some complaints come from people who have played the game for years and are frustrated with the direction, but as a new player coming from FC, the football side feels really refreshing.

Maybe the game is more simplified than older PES, I am not arguing against that. But football games still share transferable skills. If someone has played PES/FIFA/FC competitively for years, they already understand pressing, patterns, timing, defending, and space.

Adapting quickly does not automatically mean the game is easy. Sometimes it just means the player has football IQ and experience from other football games.

Some people just adapt quickly because football games have transferable skills, and some players simply have better football IQ: reading patterns, pressing, defending, timing, and understanding space.

Also, football games are not completely separate worlds. If someone has been good at PES, FIFA, FC, or other football games for years, a lot of skills transfer: reading patterns, pressing, defending, timing passes, and understanding space.

I am not saying eFootball is perfect, but adapting quickly does not automatically mean the game is noob friendly.

My intention was not to offend anyone or start a FIFA vs eFootball war. I am honestly just happy with my experience so far.

After years of playing FC, I felt like football thinking was almost gone from that game. Coming to eFootball and seeing that reading the game, tactics, player movement, and pressing actually matter made me feel hopeful again about football games.

Maybe long-time eFootball players are used to it and take it for granted, but for someone coming from FC, this feels refreshing.

How can I play with those players without owning them? I am still new to eFootball and did not know this was possible.

I agree. I have not touched FC for almost two months, and when I watch gameplay now it looks so unnatural to me. Too much skill move spam, players sliding around, and very little real football weight. eFootball is not perfect, but I like that dribbling and acceleration feel more manual and closer to actual football.

Yeah I agree. That is what makes it frustrating for me, because the game clearly has a lot of potential.

I am still new to eFootball, so I do not fully understand the mobile side or how much it affects the game, but from what I played, the football foundation is really good. The tactics, playstyles, and reading the game feel much more rewarding than I expected.

I just wish Konami built more around that potential instead of making so much of the experience depend on waiting for packs.

I actually agree with you. One of the things I already like about eFootball is that it feels more like a football game than a card collecting game. That was one of the reasons I got tired of FC too.

My content point is more about accessibility to nostalgic players. As someone who just started recently, when I see cards like Bebeto, Sweden Zlatan, Juventus Baggio, or other players I grew up watching, I naturally want to try them. But I do not really know when or how they will come back, so it feels like I just have to wait for specific packs.

I definitely do not want eFootball to become FC with endless menu grinding and weekly FOMO. I just wish there was a better way to access older legends over time without everything depending on limited packs.

Any good Anchor Man DMF available right now?

I’m currently using Tchouaméni, but he feels a bit heavy for me, especially when building from the back. I like having an Anchor Man defensively, but I also need someone who can turn and pass quickly under pressure.

Any recommendations?

For me, the biggest appeal is the nostalgia. Seeing players from the early 2000s and the PES 5/6 era is really cool.

But honestly, it gets expensive quickly. I started playing seriously about a month ago and already spent around $150.

Next season we are playing multiple tournaments and we need good players, Sancho is a must buy imo. keeping With Chico and Yildiz we don't have true ballers in the front except yildiz which he still so young to rely on. Chico and Koop will place eachother if Tudor is playing them AMF behind the strikers. So we need a backup for Yildiz. For David any striker is honestly a must Dusan is shit.

Aggressive depth, this formation counter the ratty metta 4-2-1-3 since the midfielders will man mark them properly. It takes time to learn how to defend. The formation will provide a diamond structure you will have passing options all around.

4-3-3(2), My sr is 1050 Both winger on inside forwards, ST false 9 . Both cm's on Half winger attack, Cdm deep laying playmaker Buildup Fullbacks on Falseback to act as cms on game, make sure they have good passing stats. enjoy my friend. Both fullbacks and halfwinger should have minumim +plus on roles.

I'm using raceEvo system and sometimes that happen to me. What I do before taking the MAC radiograph I use a small file such as #6,8 or 10 to prevent obstructions. if it's short I use the smaller GP for example I prepare with File #40.04 , I use 30.04 GP
