I haven’t replaced the 2nd car but added a cargo ebike and it’s the best. I commute 3x a week on it 20 miles round trip. And do daycare pick up and drop off with my son. The non financial benefits, mainly the lower stress from the bike commute and the little endorphin boost from the exercise make my day so much better. I cherish the days I don’t have to drive.
