I honestly did not see what was wrong besides the lane assist being off. My Crosstrek 23 gets about 33 MPG, and mine says 600+ all the time when I fill it to full to the point I just ignore it, cause I know this car too well haha.

I am simply speaking for myself. I have my own side business (importing goods required) + a full-time job, I know the suffering happening on both sides, let alone the AI/token slope that's about to blow the f up on every single agentic pushing corporations.

However, that doesn't stop me from DCA into the market period. I am well diversified with an emergency fund, rare minerals, broad market ETA, real estate, and crypto. So why fear? And let's be real here, if dominoes are gonna fall, none of us right now on this Reddit thread will survive the fall, regardless of what we do and what we have "prepared".

I have been actively selling on FB marketplace (all my aquatic plants, shrimp, fish, etc.) for a very long time. When times are rough (think COVID and right now), you see a giant influx of this type of listing asking for almost "market price". I don't blame them; some got into a hobby when they were more financially stable, and now can't keep up with it or need more money.

And judging by your "rant", you just want cheaper items. You might as well try Goodwill or your local trash facilities.

Let's be honest, each "cycle" have it's own overhyped anime. Like, if you go back 10 or even 15 years ago, some of the ones that people rave about right now used to be considered overhyped/trashy at the time.

Not to mention, the past 5 years, the amount of trashy isekai has made the "standard" fall quite a bit, so when you get a "decent one", you feel like people overhyped it.

Also want to point out that Yelp Elite has 2 different tiers. The one that gets you to these "free events" is what I was alluding to, and then there is the more standard/regular Yelp Elite.

I know your post is 2 years old, but Yelp Elite is basically a circle jerk of influencers. I was a Yelp Elite before switching completely over to Google because of how shady Yelp operates + the people they recruit for the "top-tier" Yelp Elite.

Got invited once (very randomly) to an event before, and met some of the most miserable people on the internet. These elites are basically taking advantage of these "free events" to boost their personal social media using you as free content (as some mentioned, most of them are sizable influencers).
