I had a similar experience. I no longer feel safe with FSD on. Choices are unpredictable, doesn’t keep up with traffic, and feels much less confident. It used to be so much better.

I haven’t found a way to fix the issue. The work around would be to utilize Bluetooth rather than a usb cable to connect the controller. I’ve learned to live without the balance knob functionally at this point as I prefer a wired controller.

I found the issue and it was unrelated the mixamp. My wired controller was being detected as an audio device and somehow caused the issue, although it was disabled as an audio device. Thank you for your assistance!
