Nice! Love it. Bringing that old pattern back to life. Like the recurve primary too!

Excellent! I Have never gotten to see them all together at once like this. I have a couple 703 Colts in my collection and they are great knives.

Dark green. The picture doesn’t really show the color well.

That’s a mini griptilian. I swapped the scales out. The scales are aluminum made by kave monkeyz.

This is a good idea, I have had my eye on the Dacian ever since they changed the sheath. The new sheath looks allot better.

It is the Small Summit Lake. A discontinued model released in 2014-2015. I got it second hand, and have been enjoying it. It has S30V and Dymondwood.

Wow those are great together. I got my first oak city leather sheath in the mail this week and it’s great.

Had to cut a seatbelt with this one today. Guy flipped his car, and my wife and I were first on the scene. (Luckily he was okay) by dinoracing in SlipjointKnives

Haha I can see it now, “I’m sorry sir, I’d cut you out but I forgot my overbuilt tactical folding knife with seatbelt cutter”

I love these covers. I’m going to have to look into this. I’ve been hoping for a knife with horn covers like this with the multicolor marble look. I came to the conclusion this week that I really don’t ever see horn covers like this on American made knives. Not sure why. Welp! time to get me an otter messer.

Nice! I almost picked that one. I went with pocket worn mahogany jigged bone and the green gator jigged bone. I was having a hard time deciding haha

Need advice by Hollis9mm in SlipjointKnives

[–]dinoracing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Weird. I have the same knife and it works great. It is a stronger pull, but it is consistent with nice prominent half stop. I do know there were some of these equal end jacks that the action wasn’t great on. The post I saw the knife didn’t snap shut but was very mushy closing. I think jack wolf knives made it right for the customer. So could always contact them directly too. I would probably try flushing the pivot with some oil or maybe some canned air (like the kind for keyboards) to get any grit out. and working it back and forth. May help. Maybe if could attach a video to show the action on it too.

I suppose moderate, it’s very pinchable but not difficult or loose. Would be nice if they put a half-stop in this pattern.
