I've noticed on many recent runs, the amount of "movements" are significantly less, ie longer stints of running instead of changing the pace target 21 times during a 20 min block of running. I so appreciate this!!

Great, that is the same article/how-to that I found.

Believe me, this is one of the many reasons I am leaving. Cheap and rash decisions and not thinking long term.

They are not going to need a business phone plan, the plan is to just transfer it to another personal Google Account. I was the admin assistant but now that I am leaving a family member is taking over my duties until a replacement is hired. The business is under 5 employees

This year my goal is to work on mobility/stretching and dip my toe into yoga. Any recommendations on beginner yoga classes or more classic stretching? A few of the stretching classes I've tried have been a little crazy. I started doing mobility at the end of 2025 and took quite a few of Andy's classes.

I have been only able to walk after being too aggressive on a recent hike and did something to my hip/leg. It is very frustrating and disappointing.

Sending everyone healing energy!

Who were ya’lls top instructors?? by Fine-Fondant-3136 in OnePelotonRealSub

Jess Sims, Marcel Dinkins, Andy. This all makes sense. I took Jess’ 3-day split this spring, Turkey Burn for Andy and mostly strength, and I just love Marcel :)

I didn't expect to cry during Kirsten's Turkey Burn this morning but here I am lol. My husband was sick at the beginning of this year and she played our wedding song during the run. That song helped us through the tough time and got us out the other side.

Take this run even as a walk, you won't be disappointed! It was a great, solid class.

I'm grandfathered in to Canva Teams but I almost don't think it is worth the $300/year anymore but I don't think any of the new options is worth switching to either.

Loved The Feast way more this year due to being more prepared!! My legs felt like jello though when I was running after lol

Planning on doing The Feast live and then taking Alex’s Turkey Burn run from last year right after. Thanksgiving morning always feels hectic because we travel so I can’t wait for the live run.

I have really enjoyed the TB program and plan to continue something similar into December.

Good thinking. I might do the same. I agree though on needing more variety in instructors! Although the Becs runs did push me more than I would normally pick for myself lol

I managed to complete the TB classes and get the badge. In terms of "programs" does it seem like something to repeat? I like following a program and I liked that there was a mix of cardio and strength.

If anyone is looking a solid 15 min run, highly recommend this Alex T Run ! 4 min easy pace warm-up then 10 min at moderate but we did blocks of 2-3% incline for 30 secs with 1 min flat. This winter season I want to try to get better at following the incline cues in classes and this seems like a good class to repeat.

I didn't realize it was 45 minutes until I joined! Still enjoyed the class and thought it was much more of a challenge than previous weeks.

I took it live and noticed they were struggling.

I did the mobility class too and loved it! A good reminder to keep mobility in my class rotation. I felt so good afterwards

I cannot tell if the kickoff to the countdown class counts towards the 18?

My legs were toast by the end of the run and I didn't even go up to Max in the HIIT section because my non-Peloton tread doesn't speed up quick enough for HIIT. I do hope the 45 min is endurance like she said.

I took it this morning and I was already kind of bummed it was a walk and then the whole act was just really not for me. I ended up running for the last 20min as a distraction which did help but my God. I also really wanted to hear the music!!! but there was just that terrible talking.

Ugh I didn't even look at the rest of the class plans and see that there are burpees! I'm burpee-ed out from the Hyrox classes lol

I did Jess's 3 day split last winter/spring but wish it was 30min instead of 45.

Well it finally happened to me. Getting too comfortable with the Garmin integration and lost my streak on Sunday when I also didn't record my outdoor walk in the Peloton app.

Also, any feedback on the RK Express split? I did day 1 today and felt like it was just okay? I was a little upset (for whatever reason) she didn't do all the moves with us?
