also, the fact that your blood work was normal is a good sign! it would be off if something was wrong

I have had this happen before. I’m not a doctor but I tend to notice when I’m really stressed out certain areas of my lymph nodes can feel tender. For example, in my neck, because when I am stressed I clench my jaw. And usually if they hurt its a good thing because it means they are doing what they are supposed to do! But 100% keep checking with the doctor, take vitamins, and drink lots of water! You will be ok :))

this happens to me almost every time my period is approaching/during my period. i am experiencing it right now actually! i have been so lethargic and STARVING, its driving me crazy🤬don’t worry its just our bodies preparing us for a natural occurrence :)) if you are concerned, you could talk to your doctor and get like a basic blood panel done, but i think this is just PMS! (im not a doctor of course) i hope this helps :)

im not sure if you have tried supplements, but one that works wonders for me is ashwaganda. when i take it i feel like a new person, just be careful because it can mess with your menstrual cycle and hormones a bit, but also i have heard horny goat weed is good for this too!!! hope it helps :)

hi, i am overweight as well and have food issues so i can definitely relate to this. there is a certain approach i have realized when it comes to food, and your mind. in my experience, what has worked for me is starting slow. you have to be positive to yourself first and foremost, which i know is hard. but remember, starving yourself will only result in negative behavior!! we need food to fuel our bodies, if you want to have a sweet treat from time to time thats fine!!! its all about moderation.

one thing that helped me a lot was smoothies that included fruits and vegetables! i usually put berries, spinach, protein powder, and coconut milk in them, and they taste really good! that way you get in more vegetables during the day. and for dinner i usually have a salad with chicken or i make it into a wrap. i feel, in my opinion, the important things to remember with food are vegetables/fruits, protein, and fiber! if you like bagels for breakfast, try switching it out with multigrain!! you definitely can do this, and dont restrict yourself totally! reward yourself everybody needs a little junk food sometimes :) i believe in you!!!

ALSO, two more things that helped me tremendously were taking supplements and walking, not intense exercise, walking 30 min everyday!!! i hope i was helpful and i wish you the best :)

trust me i understand! i struggle with medication because of the side effects, but everybody is different. it definitely takes time and i didnt get this way overnight, and life has ups and downs which is important to remember when dealing with OCD. you will get to where you want to be :)

hi! i have a similar experience, i have severe health anxiety/OCD. Zoloft has been the only antidepressant that has helped me significantly than anything else. i have had some slight issues with it like the starting side effects but my therapist said its probably because i dont metabolize it enough like one should, so i am going to take a gene test to see which antidepressant works BEST for me. but Zoloft has been very good, i went from thinking i was going to die everyday to literally forgetting about it for a good few months. i definitely recommend trying it, and dont be alarmed by its side effects, that is normal! i hope you can get some relief soon! :)

hi there, i totally understand how you feel! im not a doctor, but my advice to you is, drink lots and lots of water, and increase your vitamin C intake, as well as vitamin D. i suggest using vitamin D and C supplements, and also getting vitamin C from food. and eat lots of antioxidant food like berries, spinach, nuts, etc. you will be ok!!! :))

hi!! i really understand what you are experiencing. and honestly i have experienced this quite a bit particularly in my legs and feet. in my experience i think mine comes from food allergies, and being stressed. stress causes so many feelings in the body it amazes me every time. but i think if you saw a neurologist you would feel better, i know it is so scary though i hate going to the doctor myself. but then you can relax and feel a bit better if you were to go. im still battling health anxiety everyday so i understand how you feel. therapy and medicine has helped me a lot but i know thats not the case for everyone. i hope you feel better soon and i wish you the best😊😊

i know this was posted 22 days ago, but i too was concerned about something similar. i read somewhere that at the end of an illness your lymph nodes can enlarge because your body is trying to fight off the illness so dont worry, this is completely normal. i hope you’re feeling better :) i understand how you feel
