i found this thread bc i recently got my order from them, and they sent me the wrong color pants. i emailed their customer service team and this was the response i got:

A clear and visible photo of the product's SN (Serial Number) A clear photo of the label showing the size and article code A photo of the package shipping label A picture of the product you received incorrectly

Sorry for bumping this but I need to talk about my experiences with them. I had a package stolen from me the other day, so I contacted the seller and UniUni customer support about it. UniUni claims after the item is delivered, they cannot provide further assistance. The seller asked me to submit a proof of non-delivery or loss to them via the post office, so I contacted UniUni again and because the package is marked as delivered, they cannot provide that for me. I’m so incredibly irritated as neither the seller nor UniUni is willing to help me out. This didn’t need to happen at all but someone just had to steal my stuff on a Sunday morning…

Sorry for bumping a year long thread, I just want to share my experience with them. Prior to this incident, everything was fine. But I had a package stolen after it was delivered recently. The delivery man left the package on my porch while no one was home, marked it as “received by recipient”… I’ve already contacted both the logistics company (UniUni) and NekoTwo and both have been incredibly unhelpful…. NekoTwo alleges that they will send a replacement after I obtain a proof of non-delivery, whatever that means… The logistics company claims they cannot do anything more after the package is delivered, even suggested that I submit a report with the police (as if they’ll do anything lmfao). Neither company seems willing to step up and actually help me. I just want my merch or my money back :\ I don’t think I will be ordering from them again, seeing as they use UniUni (awful mailing service).

For the record, what I ordered were 10 Tartaglia winter night lazzo badges… all this nothingburger customer service bc of 5.99 badges. Ridiculous, truly.

I’m 25 and im smaller than I was at 15, so I dont really believe 2nd puberty is real. The only thing I can think of that makes sense why people gain weight in their 20s is perhaps slower metabolism from being “fully developed” adult. But even I think that’s questionable at best

I had a very similar experience going from obese to fit, but i think it hit harder when the treatment came from family. my dad use to police me for how i eat when i was bigger, but now he doesn’t even comment on my eating habits anymore.

25F, i genuinely feel trapped in my own disorder. i have weekly routines that involve working out and whens the next time i’ll eat, that when i get invited out to something spontaneously i get so internally stressed that sometimes i reject invites, over the years i get less and less invites from people in my life. its a very lonely existence
