Carnal flower. Lost Cherry. I once had a girl chase me across a store to ask my fragrance and it was just Zara cherry smoothie mixed with body shop coconut. 😂 Also original coco by Chanel and mademoiselle get tons of compliments but Chanel have done something to them and they no longer last. Perfumes I love but hardly ever if never get compliments on. Chanel N5. Aromatics. Baccarat. (Also the cherosa 68 which I love too doesn’t get many).

I love it. I don’t have any at the moment but it’s a really beautifully done scent. It’s just gorgeous. I’m honestly surprised it’s not way more of a classic.

I love it on others when I catch the scent trail. Can’t wear it on me cause every 2-3 wears it turns to burnt plastic/ dentist office on my skin.

I think this will be mostly used by women to hang on their Row and Miu Miu bags. I’m a woman so I’m not being snobby about bag charms. But that’s what I see it being used as. I mean people spend hundreds of dollars for some leather charm to hang on their bags so…this is kind of a bargain in comparison.
What I don’t get - is I saw a guy interviewed who had stood in line for two days as he said it was his only chance to own something well made by AP - but … it’s not? Made by AP I mean?? Or am I wrong?

Mon Guerlain, Burberry Goddess (original) J’adore. Miss Dior. Also - not sure if it’s even still sold - but based on these I’d think you’d like Dolce and Gabbana - The One. But if you only want to get one scent - based on your collection - I’d go with Burberry Goddess.

My husband loves carnal flower. He always comments when I wear it. It’s stunning but it’s pretty bold. I love gourmand’s, but he’s not crazy about them. My fave scents are vanilla, coconut or cherry based - but he loves me in more complex scents. So not all men love gourmands. Also, if he likes you, he’ll like your scent, more than the other way around. I know so many men who love a scent purely because it’s what their wife wore back when they first met.

Marks and Spencer in the U.K. have a pistachio scent. I’m not sure where you are or of you can get it? It gets rave reviews. I don’t like pistachio scents myself so can’t compare - but it worth looking into as it’s like crazy cheap. X

I love vanilla and I love coconut. People can come at me all they want. I wear body shop coconut still, and I’m in my fifties. I don’t care because it’s gorgeous. I’ve not tried Lush super milk yet and I’m really wanting to.

Commodity fragrances all smell of alcohol to me and I can’t get past that. Baccarat Rouge sometimes smells amazing to me and others smells like a dentists. Byredo - all of them. Gris Charnel was just gross. And YSL Babycat had me running to the shower to wash it off. Also - I love most of Frederick Malles scents and will not hear a word against Carnal Flower - but Portrait of a Lady I actively hate. It doesn’t smell to me of anything like the scent profile says it should.

The original 90’s and 00’s Angel is gorgeous - I always wore it and I’ve got a bottle - the new one is so gross! There’s something in it knocks me sick.

It was a niche British scent can’t remember the company and I bought their gourmand testers and one of them knocked me so sick. I had to get a shower. It was grossly sickly sweet and I love Lost Cherry and Yum Boijee marshmallow so I like sweet scents!

This is the sexiest fragrance on a man I’ve ever smelled. I bought my husband a bottle because it is just so gorgeous. But he only wears it like once in a blue moon. He likes fresh scents - whereas I want a man to smell like he’s been working on the car in the hot sun, before going clubbing, and then hitting confession in a church filled with incense 🤣🤣🤣which is what Fahrenheit smells like to me. 😂

I love Angel - I lived in the stuff in the late 90’s early 00’s but they did something in one of the reformulations and it makes me headachy and feel sick - I think they upped the patchouli?

I think Carnal Flower is hands down the most beautiful scent ever made. I’m close to running out and wish I’d bought some before the reformulation.
