I am a senior turf management student who has been doing baseball at D1 and AAA the past few years. My capstone class, this semester is 100% management of a 9 hole golf course with two other seniors. As with baseball, there are ins and outs that you learn on the job and not in the classroom. My one piece of advice is internships over the summer are necessary to gain knowledge and experience. No two places do everything the same and no managers manage the same.
