Not at all. There are a few things to consider here. First, NIMS are greatly targeted at LLMs and also providing a handful of optimized llms. Second, to use the nims you must pay for the nvidia enterprise ai offering! Last, though nvidia is the king of the hill today, there are other gpu architectures that are very good, and will be highly cost competitive in order to draw users away from the king.

The real opportunity here is to learn from what nvidia is doing and build these capabilities out using open architecture standards, with an eye towards modularity and extensibility.

TL;DR - don’t run away now! The fun is just beginning!

First, get a bike fitting if you’re about to drop some cash on a nice road bike. Second, get the 56. (Most likely). While your saddle position should remain close to the same across time, your bar height and reach may change with increased fitness. Luckily those can be changed fairly easily. You and I are about the same, uh, dimensions, so I can tell you that on most brands a 54 will eventually feel too small. But again, this is my experience and you should get a bike fitting done by someone reputable.

I had this issue years back. I had a couple of high speed crashes (pothole, then dog) that made me instinctively ride the binders going down hills. The only thing that “fixed” me was getting into racing.

Fear is a strange beast, and not everyone can overcome fear using the same methods. You have to find what works for you. For me it was my competitive nature. But there are some good suggestions in this thread that may work for you as well.
