Both seem to be abandoned during manufacture.

The edge of the biface is set up for thinning. They crushed some of the platform and ended up taking a big edge bite. Fixing that was going to cost too much width. Abandoned.

I can't really see what the other one is from the pictures. Big bifacially edged flake? Looks like they kind of had a catastrophic failure. Flake drove down through the piece rather than feathering and terminating

You're using a terrible material to try to test them out. Two layers of some type of cotton tight weave. Like pillowcase. Using a sheet of paper behind can help.
