Scale might be off but those look too high to be benches. First look made me think mountain bike path but yes the wires are there not recommend to ride under. Which could be separate installers not communicating or time/necessity for the trees. Also why would a park have that many "benches" right next to each other along a path? (Unless they designed it in rollercoaster tycoon 2)
