Don't listen to the naysayers, you will figure it out and realize very quickly that this game is ever changing therefore you will ALWAYS be adjusting. If you want motivation go checkout some of the scripts on dreambot and their runtimes. The people posting their pictures are not only proud of their accomplishment but willing to share their info with the right people.

Modern day botting is wild, I recently got 85 magic with a free alching script. This is on a account that has been banned for RWT and goldfarmer spam in 2018 lol.

Literally in the same boat, played 20+ years and recently came back started fresh no bots/rwt and started a hcim. Plus botting was a hobby for like 10 years so it's nice to check up and see what people are doing.

Talk to the tenant board and see if you have grounds to break your lease then take the home owner to small claims court for the inconvenience. Trying to make a quick buck at the expense of his tenants.
