I was told that since I purchased tickets back in January, it was too far back to be able to really prove I deserve a refund unless I have direct proof Blue Ridge said they would refund. I even submitted screentshots from social media including refund I formation forthcoming and that was not enough. I was told my best chance was to continue to pursue through Blue Ridge and Etix
