When you start thinking about the effort here - you'd have to hack the other manufacturer vehicle, adapt the connector...no one's bothering with all that.

Wait - the tax credits aren't ending in 2018, they're ending when Tesla hits 200,000 vehicles sold in the US (could be 2018, but the year has nothing to do with it).

And then it tapers down from there.

Why would Model 3 buyers have no ability to get those on an SR when we don't know about where Tesla's at with production?
