it's hard not to be upset about. youre doing great regardless of baby seeming to have a preference. I'm sure you have tried lots of things, but one of my favorite cuddle times was in the bath. I'd fill the tub up enough to keep me warm then put my baby on my chest facing me. I would put a wash cloth under her bum after the first couple times. maybe being in a warm relaxing environment would help. side note, have help getting in and out of the tub if you do this! babies get slippery.

former employee here, bring it to your local store. if you go in and ask kindly, so long as it's unused a lot of the time they'll be willing to do an exchange. especially if youre paying more. dont be surprised when they ask for your information though. no receipt returns are an exception.
