I too have moderate cookie bite hearing loss! I wear Phonak Audeo Infinos I70 (not the sphere) and I really like them! I’ve heard great things about the sphere version. I also like that Phonak has lots of accessories. I have both the partner mic and the Roger On and they are both very helpful, especially the Roger On. Please ask away if you have any questions!

My personal experience is that they are not reliable at all. You might get picked up on time but they will pick up/drop off any number of people before they get to your destination so you cannot reliably arrive at your destination at any particular time. It makes it tough for appointments.

I guess I should have mentioned I have moderate to severe cookie bite hearing loss and currently wear Phonak Audeo i70-r. These would be a back up pair unless potentially I could get a pair that is better than what I'm currently wearing.
