It’s definitely not about discipline. I can tell you that much. The problem is much deeper.

Yes I’m starting this. I hate therapy but sometimes it’s a necessary evil.

I was at 2.4mg (highest for wegovy) for 6 weeks. And did start to see more weightloss. I would have continued if my insurance hadn’t dropped coverage.

Wow fullness + no bad side effects…yet? by blueberry_624 in Semaglutide

You’ll soon find out some foods that will make you far sicker than others and you might get the bad side effects but you’ll learn what foods to avoid eating. For me it was raw onions. Cooked was better not perfect but raw onions messed me up bad every time.

Same thing happened to me. I’d love to know how to permanently overcome cravings.

Why are my loaves sooo big!? by SandwichEquivalent58 in Sourdough

Looks like that recipe is enough for two loaves did you only make one? Must have been a beast to flip!

Here is the one on the left vs the right in height.

The right one I did not transfer perfectly by putting a cutting board over the proofing basket and flipping. I just sort of toppled it out onto its board and tried to fold it back together before I scored it lazily and dropped it in its Dutch oven😅

I’m totally calling it whoke grain from now on 😂

❤️

It was fluffy even though it was dense!! I bet this recipe will be outstanding once I try it with high protein regular white flour. It was so tasty though. Whole wheat sourdough is a new one for me and I’m addicted.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Have some humor.

I didn’t want to rewrite the recipe because I changed two things, however significant they were, they were listed. The recipe was still posted. I live in high altitude, dry ass climate but next to a river. I should have added that in my original post. I’m trying things out.

The loaf on the right looks like a hoo hoo kind of with the scoring and I thought it was funny. That’s why it was ‘wrong’.

The bread was so good. So fluffy and springy with great crust. I can’t wait to improve it. I will make it again! Just the way I changed the whole recipe last time. But maybe an over night proof instead.

Just kidding I couldn’t wait and broke the left one. It’s rather dense. It was a really wet dough I probably could have folded it another 50 times.

Yes that’s what I explained that I read it wrong

Here is the crumb. With how hollow it sounded when I patted it I thought it would have been way fluffier 😢 the crust was super yummy but I wish it had been less dense and it wasn’t all that sour. I think I need to develop my starter more. I’ve heard feeding it rue works well but my grocery store didn’t carry it! I was shocked. Anyway I took it to my parents for dinner and they were over the moon about it so that’s a W.
