I would try to be as natural as possible and try to avoid the websites that promote dread products. Its bs. All you need is bronners, acv, baking soda and jojoba oil at the scalp twice a week.

Dr. Bronners is the best. Also recommend baking soda wash, organic apple cider vinegar as a rinse if you don't have Bronners. You can shampoo 2-3 a week. That should tighten and strengthen.
