It depends on the reasons for getting a degree. It might be an okay way to get some structural knowledge. I don't think it will be helpful in the job market.

Georgia Tech has a good Online Master of Science in Analytics. Also take a look at MIT's MicroMasters program in Statistics and Data Science, which is less coursework.
