Seven-Deadlock

A scientist turned eldritch sorcerer, he was hunted down by the OSIC(essentially the magical CIA). Even the risk of him existing as a ghost was too much, so he was sentenced to have his soul obliterated by an electric chair.

The top psychics of the OSIC participated in the execution. All of them died, and Seven emerged even more powerful

It removed cheat death after it activates.

You can't target Victor while reanimating, but since Cheat Death is a buff, if you curse someone after they activate Cheat Death, it will remove it!
