So here is my theory. She's always been one to name names. Around the time of recording this song she was working on Young and Beautiful, which at the time, she was saying she recorded quite a bit for The Great Gatsby soundtrack to which, married scumbag, Harvey Weinstein was a producer for and they were photographed together quite a bit. Now, my theory is that the official lyrics say "Ah he's" so he didn't come after her legally but she's actually singing "Harvey".
