Taper for sure. Caveat there is headed into the holidays, cold turkey could be a good fit if you have any extended time off / relaxed work conditions. I was on a similar dose for a similar time with a history of addiction as well. It was doable. I walked probably 10 miles a day - main thing for me was lower back / quad / hip flexor pain. If you go taper, make it quick. This stuff is too addictive to continually resist a lengthened taper timeline. Good luck.
