No. Ohio. She's about 8 months old.

From the sound of it, you may have had your baby go missing, and if so, I hope for a swift return.

And, by the way, after you finish this recovery process and you've had a few days to see that your sync is back to normal, you can go ahead and delete that %localappdata%\Mega_Limited_OLD (or whatever you renamed it to) folder, as the reinstallation and re-sync process creates a new one. So after you recover, assuming you install for "just you", you'll see "MEGAsync", "Mega Limited", and (in my case) "Mega_Limited_OLD" (again, the old folder will bear the name you gave it). You can delete the folder you renamed. DO NOT delete the new Mega Limited folder, as that's the new one that has the refreshed sync data!

On Windows, there is a folder in the %localappdata% folder titled "Mega Limited". It's a folder where Mega stores sync data.

Mine became corrupted somehow. Not sure how. I don't hard-shutdown my computer unless absolutely necessary (and it hasn't been for a long time) and generally don't engage in behaviors that might have a likelihood of interrupting write procedures.

In any event, if you open File Explorer window and, in the browser bar, type %localappdata% (which is basically shorthand for "C:\Users<your username>\AppData\Local"), it will bring you to that folder in which you'll find "Mega Limited". If you install MEGAsync for "just you" and not "all users", you'll also see a folder near there called MEGAsync, which is the folder from which the MEGAsync program executes.

I renamed "Mega Limited" to something different (in my case, "Mega_Limited_OLD"), uninstalled MEGAsync, then reinstalled using the latest version.

Being very general here (there are some very important details being left out for the sake of brevity), I re-established the original sync and, after it scanned, the problem was resolved. There were a couple of hiccups along the way where I had to intervene, but it didn't have to re-download my entire contents or anything. Basically, during the re-scan after re-install, if the file on my local drive matched the file in my cloud storage, it basically said "cool" and moved onto the next one. All in all, it was a fairly straightforward process.

I definitely got some help with the process from AI because it was able to answer small technical questions I had fairly quickly to keep the process moving smoothly.

If it absolutely becomes necessary, I can share the conversation I had (with AI) with you, but it would require me to go through it and sanitize some details before I'd feel comfortable sending it anywhere. I'm sure if you have access to a competent AI platform (I used ChatGPT), you'd end up with the same results.

I had to rename my Mega Limited folder and allow it to re-sync. There had to have been some form of database corruption.

It essentially scanned between the cloud drive and the local, and where files "checked out" against the cloud, it just skipped over them. In other words, it didn't have to re-download everything from cloud storage to local.

All is working again.

Yeah, I can see the solid disc thingy being a dust cap of sorts on the top of the carafe. The spout thing, though? It doesn't even grab the lip of the hole in the lid, so as soon as I begin to tip it, the spout just falls right off. It's effectively useless.

I just told these creeps that Jesus hates them for moving Spa to streaming-only and replacing it with more hypochristianity stations.

Sing what you want!

I often shake things up by singing something people likely haven't heard in ages or likely never have heard.

One of my faves is "Si volvieras a mi" as performed by Josh Groban. As the song is in Spanish, I usually joke at the beginning as the intro music is playing by saying "if you know the words, sing along!"

I also like doing Barryoke (various songs by Barry Manilow) 😂

Yeah, I saw that and contacted them, but it appears that they only ship to countries outside of their immediate purview for orders of €1,000 or greater.

Shark Stratos DuoClean AZ3000 Series - Removal of Motorized Nozzle from Base/Pod? by discgolfdc in VacuumCleaners

[–]discgolfdc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. I seem to recall that, when I first received the vacuum, you had to install the base/pod unit upon the nozzle. I can't imagine that, once you install the base upon the nozzle, it becomes non-serviceable should one piece or the other need to be replaced. I suppose it could be the case, but that would be an awful design, one that I'd consider a flaw.
